Our approach

Rigorous. Accessible.

Robust impact measurement used to require an evaluation team and a six-figure budget. We take a right-fit approach: measurement matched to your context, data you actually use, and learning that changes what you do next.

How we make it accessible

Democratising impact measurement

AI-streamlined processes

We use AI to accelerate the slow parts, drafting theories of change, mapping indicators, processing survey data, so our time with you goes into critical judgement and strategic decisions.

Standardised tools and indicator sets

Rather than reinventing measurement for every organisation, we build on validated instruments and shared indicator sets, adapted to your context. Faster, cheaper, and comparable with others.

Hard-won ecosystem expertise

We've worked with dozens of funds, ministries and businesses across this ecosystem. You get the patterns, pitfalls and shortcuts from all of them.

How an engagement runs

Three steps, in the right order

Step one

Start with transformation

Define the change you want to capture, spiritually, socially, economically, before choosing any tool or approach.
Tell us what transformation you're aiming at, and we'll listen and map what you need.

Step two

Set up your measurement

Through both workshops & bespoke design, and utilising our proven toolsets, build the framework, indicators and data collection to match your capacity.

Step three

See and grow the fruit

We partner on interpreting strategic the insights so you you can learn from and help grow what God is doing.

Relationship over transaction. We'd rather tell you we're not the right fit than sell you something you don't need.

Honest about limits. We measure what can faithfully be observed, and we're clear about what measurement can and can't claim, God gives the growth.

Validated instruments. Our measures draw on spiritual impact tools tested with thousands of participants, alongside global standards for social impact like the Harvard Flourishing Index.

Built on an open standard

The Christian Impact Framework

Our spiritual impact measurement is grounded in the CIF: seven goals for Kingdom transformation, developed with over 1,500 stakeholder inputs across six continents, free to use, and governed independently of Kingdom Impact.

The seven goals: Leadership Flourishing · Redemptive Operations · Gospel Witness · Employee Flourishing · Community Flourishing · Generosity & Sacrifice · Cultural Renewal

A shared standard means your data speaks the same language as the wider ecosystem, and you're never locked into one provider's way of counting. We're proud to be an operator within it, not the owner of it. Where portfolios focus on social impact such as health or education, we combine the CIF with established standards like IRIS+ and the UN SDGs.
